I think the drop-in enviroment can be a little overwhelming, whereas school is more routine and familiar. But I know it's what's best for her, but I feel terrible doing it! Your situation is definitely tricky because he needs to get used to it to start preschool. Could you have your nanny start bringing him to classes or library readings? They usually have small groups and it might be easier for him to get used it that way.Sarah @ The Not Quite Military Wifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13768428079985536076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8699275947592287747.post-31853597139192056062014-05-08T15:07:07.880-07:002014-05-08T15:07:07.880-07:00Oh gosh, so sorry about all of this. Same thing happened at a zoo. However, he's gotten SO much better, so I'm praying it gets better for you guys too - sometimes it just takes more time than we think it should! Good luck!Britt Fiskhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15306259519375341098noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8699275947592287747.post-61470973835836250042014-05-08T13:55:25.043-07:002014-05-08T13:55:25.043-07:00Oh sweet momma!! I hear other people say that your kid will eventually learn to tolerate, then like, then love their new scenery. Change is hard, especially for kids. They happen to be creatures of habit when they are young (I believe that's why most function the best when they are on a schedule) and maybe he just needs a little time to get used to the new? Sending you lots of love!!Courtney Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00932251648323616331noreply@blogger.com
