My Favorite Workout Videos

Hey, hey, hey Foxy Friends! Oh my gosh do I have a treat for you. Have you heard of Fitness Marshall? If you haven't you are missing out. He is a guy that loves to dance, so he's put together dancing that you can follow along with but it also works your booty out. I put on his videos go for 30 minutes and I'm tired, dripping sweat and the next day my body hurts. But first....

Welcome to The Blended Blogs favorite workout videos! If you're stopping over from Nicole's blog, welcome! Here are my tried and true workout videos when I can't get to the gym, which seems to be pretty often now and days.

I recently discovered Blogilates, her videos are quick and to the point. You can target specific areas with her videos and combine them how you want. All over videos are awesome, this one is killer and it's only 17 minutes.

Have you heard for Barre? If you haen't tried it, you should! This one is a really good one, I mean my legs are SHAKING 5 minutes in, I keep thinking, this lady must be a robot, her face is always so smooth and smiling, while I'm shaking and wondering why I started doing this. It's a longer one at 40 minutes, but sometimes I'll just do as much as I can before I have to take the kids to something, or need to get ready for something.

I've talked about R.I.P.P.E.D. a lot...if they don't have a class near you, you can do the video! This is very much like the actual class, and it totally kicks butt. It's only $7.99, can't do much better then that, and it's a good video to mix into your regular routine. This video runs about 45 minutes.

6 Best At Home Workouts

Another workout video that I really like is the 21 Day Fix , it's only 30 minutes and you get it done.

6 Workouts to Try

And last but not least, the 30 Day Shred, it's a nice mix and there are 3 different levels, so you can start yourself off slow and work your way up to the harder DVDs, but it's nice to mix them all around.

Workout at home

Okay now onto the special treat, a few of us Blended Bloggers decided to put together our own workout video, haha! Okay not really, since we all love Fitness Marshall we decided to record ourselves doing one of his videos and put a video of our own together, haha! Fun right? Enjoy us making ourselves laugh and showing you that really anyone can do it, and it's super fun! Who cares what you look like doing it!

Now hop on over to Whitney to see what her favorite videos are. Okay now link up below with all of your favorite workout videos, I know I could put some more into rotation!

Friday Favorites #126

Happy Friday Foxy Friends! I am at work today, boo. I really like my off Friday's, next Friday we're headed out for a quick trip, really looking forward to that! Anyway, onto Friday Favorites! Baby Fox just finished two weeks of Chemistry lab and loved every single minute of it. He got a certificate, but it has his full name on it, soooo, you get it.

In case you missed it this week:

Thursday: Three Things

Sunday I guest posted over on Monica's blog, go check out a step by step tutorial on this hair style.

When her bed came we realized she has no pillows to put in her shams and pillow cases, so Mr. took her to Bed Bath and Beyond to pick some up.

I posted on IG that Mini Fox got a new bed, well here is the bed! She's setting up the pillows.

Brother wanted in on the fun and she had mixed feelings about him being in her bed messing up her pillows. So see that picture over the bed. Yea I want to move it because it's below the bed and not centered...Mr. says, so you want me to move that picture an inche or so...yes, why yes I do.

Giving Daddy hugs goodnight.

OH wait, let's take a family selfie first!

All ready to sleep in her big girl bed.

This was about 10:30pm, I couldn't help but take a picture.

So far she is loving it even though it takes up most of her room. She feels like such a big girl.

Speaking of big girl, Mini Fox finished her last day of preschool for the year. She did so good, and is so happy to be going to school, like her big brother.

Afterwards we took her for our traditional celebratory Yogurtland.

Her tongue just slays me.

Baby Fox wanted to show off his yogurt as well.

So let's rewind a bit to last weekend. The weekend we had no plans for, yep turned into a super busy one. Friday I worked out at home before the kids got up, and then Mini Fox woke up on the wrong side of the bed, so that was fun. Finally she stopped crying and we headed out to get my allergy shot and then some lunch. The kids picked Cheesecake Factory, and the service was super slow, why I didn't take pictures? I'm not sure...anyway, then we headed to a friends house and spent the rest of the afternoon and evening with them. Tired girl leaving, Baby Fox stayed to spend the night.

Saturday I finally got my friend to take a barre class with me, although it's not your regular barre class, think barre on crack. There is no actually ballet bar involved. So she brought Baby Fox and her kids and we met up at the gym. Perfect.

Then I took the kids to the Costco, I got suckered into buying some new beach towels, they used them to their full advantage while in the cold room at Costco.

Meanwhile, Mr. was getting a hair cut and picked up some yummy Hawaiian food to bring home.

The kids were kind of tuckered out and relaxed the rest of the day.

Mini Fox is getting over an ear infection and hasn't been sleeping well, the past few nights we've found her like this...poor thing, only position that is comfortable where she can breathe.

Sunday was a full day, Mr. went on a hike so I took the kids to church, which in church my cousin texted and said that she was in town and wanted to meet up at the beach. I had promised the kids to take them to a play place and then In and Out, so I told her we would meet up with her later.

We picked up food and took it over to my parents where we met Mr. and ate there and chatted a bit. Then took off around 2:30 to head to the beach.

The harsh reality of the cold beach shower water.

We then headed home, I cooked lunches for the week and Mr. got a pizza, perfect way to end the weekend!

Some stuff around the internet that I've been loving.
OMG, what a fantastic way to find out the date of your adoption, and so happy that they got Mickey and team involved with it.

For your Friday laugh, I love freaking love this lady.

Holy cow, I want to be her when I grow up.

This weekend we are going to my Aunt and Uncle's for dinner, so excited to see them, it's been way too long! Sunday is a free day, but knowing us we'll find something to do. Happy weekending friends!

Tulle Skirt + Fun Hair = Girly Outfit

Happy hump day Foxy Friends! Monday I teased you that I was going to show you an outfit showcasing my french braid to top knot hair style. So today is the day, I know you've all been holding your breathe, or not, in any case, here's the outfit. My friend Deena gave me this skirt when we met up in Toronto. So sweet of her to give it to me, and she knows me well and my love for tulle skirts, click here and here for previous tulle looks. seriously can one have too many? I also have a black one. And now I have a teal one, one of my favorite colors, not sure if she knew that, but it is.

I can't even believe the shoes are still available. They are the most comfortable things, and are only $79.95. I wanted to get a pair of black too, so I might just have to with this price!

Skirt (Similar) / Tee (Similar) / Jacket (Similar)

So seeing these up close hair styles makes me realize how many grey hairs I have...yikes! Might be about time to die my hair, but am I/do I have time to go to the salon every 8 weeks...nope not really, so I'm just going to keep rocking it.

What outfit makes you fee super girly?
