7 Amazon Must Have Items To Make Life Better

Hi Foxy Friends! Hey twice in one week! Maybe this is a trend? But I've recently bought a few things on Amazon, that I think you all HAVE to have. I mean it, really, you'll thank me later.

*Some of the links are affiliate links and I will  either receive a small commission, at no cost to you, if you click on it or if you make a purchase from one of these links, I may also receive a commission on the sale of the product. Click here for my disclosure page.

First up is this thing...how much do you hate having to try and scrape those last little bits of lotion or shampoo? You really want to throw it away, but also don't want to waste that last little bit...not going to give $0.25 to the man! It comes with different fittings so it can fit an array of bottle neck sizes and then you screw the three legs on top. This is a MUST buy!

Second up is these shelves. We plug in our phones not in our bedroom, but in our bathroom. Close enough that we can get to them if we need to, but not in our bedroom, so we're not distracted by texts or calls when we should be sleeping. Since it's in our bathroom, we use these short cables, we found that since the plug is so close to our sink, they get wet and then stop working. We had them on these short acrylic risers, but accidentally bought the previously mentioned short cables and it no longer reached to the riser. Oops. Enter my solution of those amazing shelves. No screws involved, perfect! Since it came with two I added a cute little plant I bought from a local lady and every time I see it, it makes me ridiculously happy.

If you don't have a succulent lady around you, these fake ones are pretty good.

Now that it is getting darker early, I decided I need to buy some sort of reflector when I'm walking. I walk while the kids are doing their sports things, and on Thursday it means that I am walking on a busy street. I mean, I'm on a side walk, but need to cross one major street. So I bought these arm bands, the light up, or they can blink and I feel like people can see me better. You can't tell from this picture, but they are pretty bright. And it comes with a spare battery.

I don't know where this has been all my life. I used to have a timer, but it was analog and it made a ticking noise that drove us all crazy. I might be the last person on earth to discover them, but I think it's life changing. Okay that was dramatic, but I REALLY, REALLY like it! So those lights there on the mantle, is on a smart plug! I set it from my phone, I can turn it on and off whenever I want, or set a timer. So now it goes on at 4:30pm and goes off at 11pm. We come home from sports and it's just on.

Speaking of timers, I LOVE these tea lights. They are timed as well, but they cycle through a 24 hour period, being on for 6 hours and off for 18 hours. So you have to turn them on for the first time when you want them to start being on, so at 4:30pm turn them on, then they'll go on everyday at 4:30pm. When they automatically come on while we're gone and I come home and see them on, it just makes me smile.

Of course I also have pillar candles on timers too. Seriously it's these small things that just make your house feel like a home. These candles have a remote control, and you can set how long you want them to be on, 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, 10 hours. Again, the first time you use them, you have to set them at the time you want to start. I like starting all my candles at 4:30 as we enter into time change.

Those hearts (not so scary, I know), Mini Fox made for Valentine's Day for her brother, and she put them there so he would have decorations while he practiced piano, so I didn't have the heart to take them down.

One more thing and it's something that I bought but have no received yet is this skirt. This may or may not be part of my outfit for family pictures. Really hoping it works out!

Easy Fall Outfit

Hi Foxy Friends! I know it's been a while! I have all these ideas of things to do, and then life gets in the way. Maybe I'll do better, but no promises. Anyway, I thought I would do an outfit post for you. This is my fall staple outfit. Jeans, tee, and a patterned sweater. Makes you look put together without trying too hard.

Jeans (similar) / Shirt (similar) / Shoes (similar here, here and here) / Necklace

See how adding a simple cardigan adds a little something to the outfit? This is one of the softest cardigans you will ever buy and they have 20+ patterns and colors.

My brother is getting married in less than a month and I'm trying out different make up looks. I really like these lashes, but you know how for photos you have to go a little darker and more dramatic then you would in real life...so might have to make the eye shadow a little darker. But digging the lashes.

Foundation / Dark Circle Concealer / Brightening Concealer / Eye Shadow (colors used are Pink Posey, Brown Sugar Shimmer, Rustic Brown and Pink Opal Shimmer)   / Lips (Berry Color) / Base eyeliner / winged eyeliner / Blush (Pink Posey  ) / Eye Brows

Can we stop to talk about this necklace? There is another layer, but for whatever reason I can't find it right now...granted I didn't look too hard either. But this necklace is PERFECTION! It doesn't tangle when you layer it and pretty much stays where you put it. They have different styles of layering necklaces and are under $50 for all three, deal!

So what is your favorite Fall uniform? My favorite tees, that I have in every color are these.

Until next time, I think I'm going to post my favorite Amazon buys on Friday, I've gotten a few things lately that I really love and you will too! See you soon and not in 3 months!
