Hi Foxy Friends! Another outfit post for you. I thought instead of clumping in my outfit post on Friday, I would get my act together sooner, and do it on Wednesday Thursday instead :) I have been participating in a fashion IG collab #styledacrossthestates, where each week we pick an item of clothing to style. This week is our favorite sneakers. If you want to join in on the fun, use #Styledacrossthestates4 (because this is the 4th week we've done this) and like all of the others who use that hash tag.

I love the way you can dress down a cute skirt with some tennis shoes. I love these rose gold adidas ones. I wear them all the time, and I might have them in several colors. I think I'll be pairing my skirts and dresses with tennis shoes all summer long. Or I might have to get these sandals, for under $20 and 226 4.5 star rating, I think I need to try them!
Sad that the necklace fell below my shirt and you can't see it fully. But it's from my friends cute shop and it's only $15.99. It's a layered necklace with one clasp, so no worrying about it getting mixed together behind your neck and then stuck in your hair.
Speaking of hair, I'm so excited I'm getting my hair done today! After months of not going because of high numbers in my area...finally getting rid of some of those greys. So next week expect slightly shorter hair and no grey hairs peaking out.
Here's me trying to pretend to be a model, and do different poses that I don't normally do. Thought I would share these with you, since I'm on over sharer of pictures sometimes.
Me trying to show off the shoes, because they are shoes, and in the grass and you couldn't see them, so I did this...didn't really work, but I'll embarrass me to show you that everyone has those horrible pictures.
This one was the wind blown look, I'm not sure how that happened, but sort of loving how my hair turned out in this one.
We can't forget the ones I tried to take pictures of my shoes...you know because you can't really see them in the pictures above...not sure which I'm going to use for my post tomorrow of all of these picture you have seen, what do you think?
This one I was trying to mimick the pictures you see on any website really where they are on their toes...I think it just looks funny, like why would your feet be in this position to get a shoe shot? Hmmm...
Alright I'm out before I embarrass myself any more :) See you tomorrow for a Friday favorites!
Hi Foxy Friends! What? Another outfit post. I actually ended up wearing this outfit for Christmas dinner, but I think it would also be the perfect Valentine's Day outfit. I love that you can either make this for warmer weather or add some tights and a jacket (see below) for colder weather. Granted it is about 52°F here at night, so not as cold as some of you out there, but it works perfect for here!

I just love the way the polka dots look with the red skirt. You could also wear some strappy heels like these.
If you live in a climate that is cooler, then I would definitely add some tights and this fuzzy jacket. The most comfortable and warmest jacket. Although I'm speaking from a 52°F point...haha!
Seriously this jacket just feels like a warm hug, for about $100 I think it gives you a big bang for your buck. A great piece to add to your wardrobe. How many times have you been all dressed up with no nice jacket to wear with it. This is your answer!
Are you the type to go out for Valentine's Day or stay in? We're headed to Canada to visit some friends that weekend and we're so excited! So no dressing up for us, but we're going to have a ton of fun!
Hi Foxy Friends! Today I have my new favorite Love Tee, it's so cute, and it's only $10, can't beat that price! Now the weather needs to cool down, I don't like wearing tight tee's when it's hot. Currently we're having 95° weather with 71% humidity, which is high for us! Anyway, enough complaining, let's get to it.

Totally off topic, but my FAVORITE strapless bra is being price matched at Nordstrom (not part of the anniversary sale). Having things in your wish list paid off, I randomly put it there to remember to buy it later, and when I went to check on what I had in my wishlist, low and behold it was there 25% off! You need to get it, I can wear it all day and not have to pull up on it. You'll thank me later. I'm wearing it here:
Tank (now only $10.49, get it for next year!) / Shorts / Shoes (similar)
Link up your fashion post below! I'd love to see what you got at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, or what you've been wearing lately!
The Blended Blog link up is currently in a Free Style mode for Summer, but we're working on some new stuff come Fall! So stay tuned for that!
Hello Foxy Friends! If you are here from The Blended Blog, welcome to this space of mine! I know you are here just to see the cute picture of my daughter posing like a #fashionblogger. So here ya go:

Mini Fox Outfit Details: Skirt (they are really shorts, only $3.99) / Shirt / Flip Flops
Our outfits just happen to coordinate it. It was not planned at all. Although when I was trying to decide what to wear, she walked into my closet and said wear this...pointing to the scarf, so I did pick the outfit around that scarf right there.
It's our last day of Spring Fever, but don't worry, I'll let you know what the theme for May at the bottom of this post. Plus I am finally remembering to do What's Up Wednesday post with Shay, Mel and Sheaffer.

What I'm wearing:
Today is another shirt that has the same pattern as this dress...just like last week, except this time we're doing a blue and flower theme. This shirt is no longer available but they do have the same style in several other patterns.
Okay I admit a took a lot of pictures of this hair style. I have to admit that this is my first real style that I made up all on my own. I initially was trying to copy a YouTube video, which I can't remember which one, and I couldn't do it, so it sort of morphed into this style.
I made three low ponytails, and braided and pancaked them. Then I took the middle braid and maid a low bun with it. Then wrapped the right side braid up around and around the bottom of the braid. Then did the same with the left side braid. This is the look that I was left with.
What we're eating this week: I'm eating out a lot this week as I am traveling for work. Currently as I write this post I am eating microwave popcorn. I couldn't believe that they had a microwave in my hotel room. I've stayed here several times and I've never had one before. Definitely taking advantage of that.
What I'm reminiscing about: Meeting up with my Blended Blog friends in Vegas last year, as I went to Vegas this past weekend and was remembering all of the things we did as I passed by it with my family.
What I'm loving:
All things floral. Based off of all of the repeat patterns I've been buying lately.
What we've been up to: Visiting my brother and sister-in-law in Vegas.
What I'm dreading: Being away from my family for 3 more days...boo!
What I'm working on: Trying to learn how to use Heat Transfer Vinyl and make myself a "On Wednesday's We Wear Pink", and then I also have to work on Baby Fox's Minions birthday invitations.
What I'm excited about:
Besides the obvious of coming home, I'm excited to go to an Escape Room for Mom's Night Out. I just hope my claustrophobia doesn't go through the roof...feeling traps already...I'm choking...I can't breathe...AAAAHHHH!!!!!
What I'm watching/reading
What I'm listening to:
I know I'm totally obsessed with them, but I can't help it. They've been releasing a lot of covers lately. And I sort of love that Kirstin went back to brown.
And loving everything this guy sings, he's so talented. Seriously there are so many crazy talented people on YouTube, love that people have a different avenue to get their music and voice out there.
What I'm doing this weekend:
We have soccer and baseball. We have to split up this week, boo. We've been able to swing almost all of the games until this weekend. Mini Fox's game is 30 minutes away from us...boo! Since when did we get on a travel team? Then Saturday night we are going to a local high schools Beauty and the Beast. Mini Fox is so excited that we're allowing her to wear her Belle Costume out in public.
What I'm looking forward to next month:
I know you're going to hear this like a million times, but since this is really next month I can scream it from the rooftops, going to see The Blended Blog Ladies in Toronto! Expect a ton of pictures and lots of stories. We'll definitely miss those that can't go, but am looking forward to hugging everyone in person instead of virtually.
What Else Is New:
Not much, my life is an open book and you know everything in it.
Bonus Question - What is your favorite summer shoe/sandal :
I just bought these heels and they are so very comfortable and I debated long and hard whether or not to buy the black ones as well.
Thank you for continuing to link up with us and making this link up a success! But first, since Spring Fever is ending, you know we had to come up with another theme. The theme for May is going to be Fashion Files! What this means...find a picture of an outfit, find a picture for inspiration, find something and build an outfit around it! That's it...now go to your Pinterest account and actually recreate something! Excited to see what outfits are in your Fashion Files.
P.S. Don't you want that sweater?
Now link up your fashion posts below and share some of your Spring favorites!
Hello Foxy Friends! We're still talking about December Cozy with The Blended Blog ladies, and today I'm bringing you my most comfortable cardigan EVER! Like this thing is so warm and cozy. I can walk outside in the 40° temp (I know that's warm for some of you, but it's cold for me) in just this sweater and be totally warm.

Also styling my hair in a bun, for the life of me I CANNOT figure out the perfect messy bun, seriously why is it so hard?!
It's also the last Wednesday of the month which means I'm linking up withShay, Mel and Sheaffer for What's Up Wednesday. Woo hoo, I actually remembered!
What we're eating this week:
I just got an Instant Pot, does anyone else have one? It's AWESOME!So far we've made two pork roasts, some shredded chicken and brown rice, everything was done in way less time, super easy clean up and tasted yummy too
I can't believe that I'm going to have a 6 year old in 4 days! Where did the time go? Back 6 years ago, I had no idea that I was going to have a Christmas Baby in 4 days, I was happily going along that I was due in January.
This was his first visit to the pediatrician at 5 days old.
Trying out food for the first time...it didn't go well.
Santa picture, not crying just yet...
What I'm loving:
All of the Christmas festivities, the lights, the decorations, the crisp cool air, and all of the love that everyone seems to be feeling.
What we've been up to:
It seems like we have something every weekend, weekend before last it was Legoland
Last weekend we had a cousin party and it was so much fun! Looking forward to next year already!
What I'm dreading:
Driving 300 miles tomorrow...with two kids by myself...wish me luck. At least I'll get to see my grandma and my cousins. It's been almost a year since we've seen them (this was taken last Januaray!)
What I'm working on:
Trying to get my house in order to host Christmas dinner for 24 people.Currently the place we are going to eat is a disaster! Taking today off of work so I can get errands done and prep.
What I'm excited about:
Having 11 days off of work, woo hoo! And we're going to see Chill at the Queen Mary, which we haven't done before. I hope it's super fun, and not too cold.
What I'm watching/reading:
I finally finished a book! I actually have been wanting to read this for a long time now...Woo hoo, I can't believe I actually finished a book, well we were on vacation, but still, I read it in only a few days, it was The Husbands Secret.Really good, but I totally called it towards the beginning of the book. But enjoyed reading it and see how everything unfolds.
What we've been watching lately, we picked up West World on HBO, have you seen it? Awesome! Stop and go watch it right now.
What I'm listening to:
Found this girl randomly on YouTube this week, I just think she's so cute, and has a great voice. I've really enjoyed all of her covers.
What I'm doing this weekend:
It's Christmas! My in-laws are coming to town, so we get to spend some quality time with them, and then doing the whole Christmas thing. Plus we're celebrating Baby Fox's birthday, so I'm going to be making this cake for him, except for the zebra stripes on the top, that's just going to be a picture edible overlay of Power Rangers. Fingers crossed it turns out, not doing a test run.
What I'm looking forward to next month:
The start of a new year, new beginnings and maybe, just maybe getting organized, or something that resembles being organized. Oh and I have a weekend away with my bestie, we haven't done that in almost 2 years, so it's time!
