Can I tell you how soft this shirt is? It says off the shoulders, no hiking it down around your shoulders and fits perfect. Very happy with this shirt and for under $30 can't really beat it.

So there you have two ways to style this pink tulle skirt. In general, my favorite and go to way to style a tulle skirt, is a tight shirt and jean jacket. Case in point...

Got too hot so I took the jean jacket off.
