Friday Favorites #126

Happy Friday Foxy Friends! I am at work today, boo. I really like my off Friday's, next Friday we're headed out for a quick trip, really looking forward to that! Anyway, onto Friday Favorites! Baby Fox just finished two weeks of Chemistry lab and loved every single minute of it. He got a certificate, but it has his full name on it, soooo, you get it.

In case you missed it this week:

Thursday: Three Things

Sunday I guest posted over on Monica's blog, go check out a step by step tutorial on this hair style.

When her bed came we realized she has no pillows to put in her shams and pillow cases, so Mr. took her to Bed Bath and Beyond to pick some up.

I posted on IG that Mini Fox got a new bed, well here is the bed! She's setting up the pillows.

Brother wanted in on the fun and she had mixed feelings about him being in her bed messing up her pillows. So see that picture over the bed. Yea I want to move it because it's below the bed and not centered...Mr. says, so you want me to move that picture an inche or so...yes, why yes I do.

Giving Daddy hugs goodnight.

OH wait, let's take a family selfie first!

All ready to sleep in her big girl bed.

This was about 10:30pm, I couldn't help but take a picture.

So far she is loving it even though it takes up most of her room. She feels like such a big girl.

Speaking of big girl, Mini Fox finished her last day of preschool for the year. She did so good, and is so happy to be going to school, like her big brother.

Afterwards we took her for our traditional celebratory Yogurtland.

Her tongue just slays me.

Baby Fox wanted to show off his yogurt as well.

So let's rewind a bit to last weekend. The weekend we had no plans for, yep turned into a super busy one. Friday I worked out at home before the kids got up, and then Mini Fox woke up on the wrong side of the bed, so that was fun. Finally she stopped crying and we headed out to get my allergy shot and then some lunch. The kids picked Cheesecake Factory, and the service was super slow, why I didn't take pictures? I'm not sure...anyway, then we headed to a friends house and spent the rest of the afternoon and evening with them. Tired girl leaving, Baby Fox stayed to spend the night.

Saturday I finally got my friend to take a barre class with me, although it's not your regular barre class, think barre on crack. There is no actually ballet bar involved. So she brought Baby Fox and her kids and we met up at the gym. Perfect.

Then I took the kids to the Costco, I got suckered into buying some new beach towels, they used them to their full advantage while in the cold room at Costco.

Meanwhile, Mr. was getting a hair cut and picked up some yummy Hawaiian food to bring home.

The kids were kind of tuckered out and relaxed the rest of the day.

Mini Fox is getting over an ear infection and hasn't been sleeping well, the past few nights we've found her like this...poor thing, only position that is comfortable where she can breathe.

Sunday was a full day, Mr. went on a hike so I took the kids to church, which in church my cousin texted and said that she was in town and wanted to meet up at the beach. I had promised the kids to take them to a play place and then In and Out, so I told her we would meet up with her later.

We picked up food and took it over to my parents where we met Mr. and ate there and chatted a bit. Then took off around 2:30 to head to the beach.

The harsh reality of the cold beach shower water.

We then headed home, I cooked lunches for the week and Mr. got a pizza, perfect way to end the weekend!

Some stuff around the internet that I've been loving.
OMG, what a fantastic way to find out the date of your adoption, and so happy that they got Mickey and team involved with it.

For your Friday laugh, I love freaking love this lady.

Holy cow, I want to be her when I grow up.

This weekend we are going to my Aunt and Uncle's for dinner, so excited to see them, it's been way too long! Sunday is a free day, but knowing us we'll find something to do. Happy weekending friends!
